Terms of Service.

The rules of the road for using our website and the Vroom service. Plain English where we can; precise legal language where we must.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using goodfortune.agency or the Vroom service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Vroom is a marketing reporting and RFP intake tool operated by Good Fortune Agency LLC. It connects to your Google accounts under the scopes you authorize (Google Ads, Search Console, Business Profile, Analytics, Gmail) to aggregate the data into reports and to convert inbound RFP emails into structured records.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vroom. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) scrape, mirror, or reverse engineer the Service, (b) resell access or extract data for resale, (c) misuse Google data you don't have the right to access, (d) introduce malware or attempt to interfere with the Service's integrity, or (e) use the Service to violate any applicable law.

5. Google credentials and data

By connecting a Google account, you authorize Vroom to access data within the OAuth scopes you approve. You can revoke that authorization at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or via the "Disconnect Google" button in Vroom. Our use of Google data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements — see our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Subscription and billing

During the early access program the Service is provided free of charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any charge applies, and you'll be able to cancel or remove your account before that charge occurs.

7. Intellectual property

The Vroom platform — including its software, design, brand, and documentation — belongs to Good Fortune Agency LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and the content you connect to the Service.

8. Your content; license to operate

You grant Good Fortune a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display your content (including data ingested from your authorized Google accounts) solely to provide and improve the Service. The license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except as required for legitimate backup retention as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the reports will be free of inaccuracies introduced by the underlying Google APIs.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOOD FORTUNE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Good Fortune Agency LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time, for any reason. On termination, you may export your data during a 30-day window before we purge it from our production and backup systems on the schedule described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of these Terms is the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We will post material changes to this page at least 30 days before they take effect, and notify active users by in-app banner and email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
